The room I was initially given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, but the staff quickly moved me to another room when I complained. There were no electrical sockets available except one, in the bathroom, which wasn't very convenient. All the power in the room is controlled by the electronic key. The hotel is very centrally located and extremely handy if you are visiting the University.

Basic accommodation, but it does exactly as it says on the tin. I have stayed at accommodation costing much moe than this, very nearby & it was on a par, so there is really no point in paying the extra

This hotel was centrally located, very easy to find right outside the metro station. It was very helpful that the staff spoke english. They also stored our bags for the day before we even checked in. However, we booked a double bed and got twin beds and couldnt change because they were all booked up.

Renovation works currently being carried out and one of our rooms was badly in need of repair. The rooms had paper thin walls so you could hear every noise from next door and furniture being moved in the room above. The smoking areas affected communal areas.

If your just looking for a place to sleep and shower it is great. If it's for romance forget it.

great location 1 minute walk to las ramblas,bars restaurants all around,rooms clean and bright,staff a little surly.

Top Tip
beware of pickpockets and people following you home late at night,try to keep with a crowd we where followed and threatened one night.
