The hotel is in the located in the heart of Barcelona, parallel to the famous 'ramblas', on a large open square called Rambla del Raval. The hotel is located in a slightly run down area of central Barcelona however the the main tourist areas i.e. Ramblas, Liceu theatre and the Gothic Quarter are within 4 or 5 minutes walk.

This is a very modern and stylish 3 star superior hotel that opened in the middle of 2005. The hotel has recently undergone a full makeover and the furnishings in the hotel are very contemporary, making it suitable for those looking for a higher end modern 3 star property. The Abba Rambla has 49 modern and very comfortable rooms equipped with plasma TV, with national and international channels, air conditioning (with adjustable speed and temperature), free safe, Internet connection via cable or WiFi (wireless), desk, mini bar, iron and full bathroom. The hotel has a small but attractive bar that serves light snacks. Overall this is a centrally located modern stylish hotel within easy walking reach of Barcelona's many famous sites.
